Program Manager
The Kimberley Alpine Team (KAT) is seeking an experienced Alpine Program Manager to lead all aspects of our athletic programming. This leadership position oversees the planning, development, and delivery of KAT’s Alpine and Freestyle programs—ensuring that every athlete, coach, and family experiences a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to set the club’s strategic direction, align programming with BC Alpine, Alpine Canada, and Freestyle BC standards, and uphold the principles of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
This role is ideal for a seasoned ski coach or program leader who thrives on developing people, building strong partnerships, and delivering technical excellence both on and off the hill.

Alpine Head Coach
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Alpine Head Coach to lead our Alpine Ski Racing Program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for planning and executing all aspects of athlete development, training, and competition programming. The successful candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and passion for fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
As the Alpine Head Coach, you will be instrumental in advancing the club’s mission—developing confident, capable athletes who strive for excellence both on and off the hill. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and coaching staff to ensure programs align with BC Alpine standards and the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.

Entry Level Head Coach
We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated Entry Level Head Coach to lead athlete U6, U8, and U10 development and training. This position is ideal for an up-and-coming coach ready to take the next step in their career—someone who is passionate about coaching youth athletes, fostering skill development, and creating an inclusive, positive team culture.
You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and coaching team to deliver high-quality, athlete-centered programs that align with BC Alpine guidelines and Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dependable Entry-Level Coaches to support the development of athletes in our U6, U8, and U10 programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young athletes, fostering foundational skills, and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment on the hill.
As an Entry-Level Coach, you will work under the guidance of the Head Coach and alongside the broader coaching team to deliver high-quality, athlete-centered programming aligned with Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles.
