Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and delivering all athletic programs under the Kimberley Alpine Team (KAT). This role encompasses strategic planning, coaching leadership, athlete development, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment. The Program Manager ensures alignment with the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model and promotes excellence across all KAT programs and coaching activities.

Entry Level Head Coach
The Entry-Level Head Coach oversees the design and delivery of age-appropriate ski programming for U6, U8, and U10 athletes.
This role is responsible for preparing division coaches with lesson plans, organizing the athlete drop-off area, maintaining a fun and safe learning environment, and supporting the development of fundamental ski skills.
The Entry-Level Head Coach ensures the program promotes enjoyment, safety, confidence, and lifelong participation in skiing.

Alpine Head Coach
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Alpine Head Coach to lead our Alpine Ski Racing Program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for planning and executing all aspects of athlete development, training, and competition programming. The successful candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and passion for fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
As the Alpine Head Coach, you will be instrumental in advancing the club’s mission—developing confident, capable athletes who strive for excellence both on and off the hill. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and coaching staff to ensure programs align with BC Alpine standards and the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
